All data transmitted between your browser and SchoolDesk servers is encrypted using AES-256 SSL encryption – the same standard used by banks and financial institutions. No data is transmitted in plain text.

Granular permissions system with 20+ predefined roles. Admin, Principal, Teacher, Accountant, Parent, Student – each sees only what they need. Custom roles available for Enterprise.
Audit Logs
Every action in SchoolDesk is logged with timestamp, user ID and IP address. Full audit trail for compliance, security reviews and troubleshooting.
Data Isolation (Multi-Tenant)
Each school's data is completely isolated from other schools. Database-level separation ensures no cross-tenant data leakage, even for multi-branch setups.
Automated Daily Backups
Your data is backed up every 24 hours to geographically separate AWS data centers. Point-in-time recovery available for up to 30 days on Enterprise plans.
Secure Authentication
Multi-factor authentication (MFA), strong password policies, session management, and IP-based access controls. SSO via Google/Microsoft for Enterprise.
